Discipleship Ministry

When:

Where:

Currently meeting at the Hutter's, Rodmans, and the Halls. Contact Dave & Julie Hall for more information.

Details:

We are using the book "Practicing The Way" by John Mark Comer as a framework for how to be with Jesus, like Jesus, and do what Jesus did. To become a disciple, one must dedicate time for fellowship with Jesus through practices like prayer. His character traits like love must be cultivated within us. And we must join the restorative work of God's kingdom on Earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit, even when this path opposes societal norms. Discipleship is not just belief, but a choice to be transformed in Christ's image.

We are studying the book of Romans! “Paul’s letter to the Romans is an inspired masterpiece of doctrine highlighting God’s grace, truth, and redemption. Within its pages, the apostle shares his message of good news and eternal salvation with the church, advises believers on theological truths, gives practical applications for living the Chrstians life, and shows how God’s righteousness comes by grace alone through faith in Christ. The book of Romans underscores that Christianity is far more than just a doctrine - it is an essential roadmap for daily living” (MacArthur Romans Bible Study).

This button has the CSS class "btn-popup" so we can use it to toggle the pop up. You'd normally hide this in a hidden section at the bottom of the page.

Add jQuery to your page. Normally I add this to the footer or a hidden section at the bottom of the page with the rest of my scripts.

Add your button/pop-up controller here - AFTER jQuery
